    Sam’s development, project sales and marketing experience has spanned residential projects from 30 to 2,500 lots, Torrens, strata, and community title projects, off-the-plan sales, registered land, home & land packages, and distressed asset engagements.

    Sam is recognised as a leading industry professional in the new residential land sector, with detailed technical and practical expertise. He has a demonstrated commitment to innovation and industry development.
